This role requires a nimble, organized person to support the Portfolio Market Risk & Enterprise Risk Management (PMR & ERM) COO & Cross Functional Manager as a Business Management Analyst. In this capacity, the individual hired will support the PMR & ERM Head and Management team, as well as the broader department based in New York, Raleigh and Mumbai.
You will be required to:
Act as the coordinator for the primary risk governance forum, the Market Risk Committee, including logistics and material preparation, quality assurance review and follow up activities (such as agenda, materials, minutes and action tracking).
Act as the department's New Business Coordinator, coordinating the internal risk review and assessment process for all new business initiatives and entity closures which the firm undertakes.
Partner with the PMR & ERM COO to lead and provide oversight & end to end coordination of all departmental controls.
Partner with the PMR & ERM COO to deliver the quarterly supervisory review document, an internal controls review of our department by the CRO.
Partner with the PMR & ERM COO to act as the single point of contact and manage of all Internal and External Audits for the department.
Work with the management team to track completion of all Regulatory points as raised by the Fed, SEC and FINRA.
Coordinate large employee events, including Town Halls (logistical preparation and related communications).
Handle the department's Business Continuity Plan in conjunction with the Business Continuity and COO teams.
Participate in other key governance and control matters.
Deliver and drive to completion adhoc projects as required to assist the team and department head in general.

You have a business degree.
You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a business management role at a financial services institution or equivalent.
You have exceptional organizational skills.
You are an experienced and proficient user of excel (i.e. pivot tables, data manipulation).
You are highly detail oriented.
You can multi-task effectively in a dynamic, demanding environment.
You are able to work under tight deadlines and high pressure environments.
You have excellent project management and communication skills.
You can work well with business partners in multiple offices including globally.
You have a high degree of confidence corresponding with all levels of the organization including senior management.
Your experience in the Front Office or Risk Division is a plus.
