New Jersey based risk management consulting firm is looking for a Compliance Analyst to work as part of the team responsible for managing the day to day operations of multiple clients in regards to the Certificates of Insurance ("COI") compliance.
Our ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of insurance related experience, be able to read and understand Certificates of Insurance and be familiar with General Liability, Umbrella, Worker's Compensation, Property and other coverages.
Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
Utilizing firm's database to manage clients' Certificates of Insurance.
Reviewing Certificates of Insurance and policy documents for compliance.
Reviewing policy expiration reports to identify renewing/expiring coverages and utilize an established process and standardized templates to communicate with vendors, property managers, developers and contractors to request renewing/expiring certificates and supporting insurance documents for multiple clients of the firm.
Saving and organizing certificates and insurance documents on firm's shared drive.
Receiving and processing emails delivered to multiple client dedicated mailboxes.
Maintaining project records in firm's project management database.
