We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager (Commercial Lines) to join our team in the fast growing San Francisco (California Street) office.
The Senior Account Manager (Commercial Lines) works with Producers to maintain synergy between HUB International Corporate, the carriers and the clients. The Account Manager provides the highest quality of professional service to every customer. This includes answering questions, providing professional information and enhancing existing policies.
Prepare/present new business quotation
Contract review for all lines of coverage
Coverage analysis - all lines
Develop and nurture multiple contacts within client organizations
Understand and utilize HUB resources and Worldwide Broker network and how to deploy them
Develop collateral and content for presentations and proposals
Assist with client presentations
Process insurance applications/endorsements
Assist with claims processing, as needed
Assist clients with policy changes, questions, etc.
High school diploma or GED - college degree preferred
5-10 years of related commercial insurance experience
Experience working in a paperless agency environment Property and Casualty
Insurance license required
Proven customer service accounting skills
Demonstrated computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Suite) including agency management systems (Epic preferred) and Excel
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
Proven track record of successful client advocacy in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing attention to detail
