Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college with major course work in business or public administration, industrial relations, human resource management or a related field and five years of increasingly responsible professional experience in human resources, benefits administration and/or risk management is required. Two years of management or supervisory experience in a generalist capacity in multiple areas of the HR function is also required.
