Maintains and monitors the insurance procurement process, ensuring proper controls. Assists the director in the analysis, design and execution of risk transfer programs for the FedEx family of companies. Assists with identifying and assessing market conditions; managing brokers; maintaining underwriter relationships. Assists in the implementation of procedures, processes and controls of a global insurance program.
This position is domiciled in Memphis, TN. Relocation assistance is available for this position.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent. MBA is a plus. CPCU and/or ARM designation is a plus. At least five (5) years of risk management, insurance/brokerage, or finance experience in a corporate environment. Strong analytical skills with ability to produce concise documents for executive management. Excellent written and oral communications/presentation and human relations skills. Strategic thinking skills. Demonstrate initiative and be solutions-oriented. Able to work under at a fast pace with strict deadlines and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Financial analysis and modeling experience
Strong Excel skills
Captive insurance knowledge
Experience reporting at the executive level
International insurance experience
Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
