Serve in the capacity of a risk analyst. Assist the VP, Risk Management in the administration and analysis of risk retention and/or risk transfer programs. Manage loss control and prevention programs for assigned operating company clients. Maintain risk management information systems and create reports/analysis. Assist in the administration of the US Benefits programs.
Provide analytical and service support for the US benefits program.
Create standardized risk management reports for all operating companies (deliver reports to assigned clients). Populate exposure data into RMIS.
Manage the certificate of insurance program.
Maintain the Risk & Insurance Manual.
Conduct the annual workers compensation audit.
Design and manage the global location directory.
Manage invoice administration for the captive insurance program.
Create and maintain a directory of international broker projects and contacts.
Review incoming insurance policies to insure agreed upon terms and conditions are accurately represented.
Foster and maintain relationships with the financial, human resource and operations managers for the assigned operating company clients.
Gather, analyze, and present global exposure information for all renewals.
Manage property & casualty claims and integrate predicative modelling into reserve maintenance.
Administer property and casualty loss prevention/control programs.
Conduct engineering reviews for major construction projects.
Liaison with operating company Health & Safety departments to share common data relating to safety/workers comp and OSHA reporting.
Assist in the integration of bolt on and new platform acquisitions/divestitures.
Coordinate the flow of information to the insurance brokerage partners, as it relates to renewals and regulatory compliance.
Serve as the risk management point person to (non-executive) operating company co-workers.
Work on special projects as needed.
BA/BS in a business related major
2-4 years’ experience with an insurance broker, insurance carrier, or corporate risk management department
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
BA/BS in Risk Management
Experience in risk management information systems (preferably Clearsight)
Working knowledge of benefit programs
ARM, CRM, CPCU credential
