You will support the business recovery requirements for allocated Business departments.
Development of Business Impact Assessments (BIA), business recovery strategies (BRS) and plans (BRP)
Support delivery of the wider Regional Book of Work, including:
Testing planning, execution and Reporting
Identify and mitigate risks impacting the recovery capability in EMEA
Complete full cycle of Business Recovery Plan review and signoff
Ongoing Relationship Management with senior management and BCP coordinators of Business departments
Coordination of annual Business Impact Analysis, Risk and Strategy reviews in line with minimum standards requirements
Support BCM testing program for allocated Business departments
Partner with BCM Readiness to understand and implement business and technical systems and infrastructure requirements to support recovery
Impact analysis of major staff, business and IT changes
Maintain and ensure data compliance using BCM toolset
Build relationships across regional BCM teams and locations
Support senior management in maintaining and improving the firms Crisis Management Response and playing a part in that response 24/7 in the event of a major incident
Development of suitable, cost effective recovery strategies as appropriate
Coordination of Awareness, Training and Plan walkthroughs
Open to discussing flexible/agile working.
You will have previous experience working in a Risk/Controls function ideally from a top tier FS firm
You will possess strong relationship management skills
Advanced negotiation and influencing skills
Exposure within Financial Services preferably with strong analytical experience
Attention to detail and the ability to produce work to a high standard
Advanced MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Access)
The ability to communicate and discuss effectively at all levels within the Firm
Calm during an incident
Driven and tenacious during the planning phase
Self-motivating with the ability to prioritise workload
Business Continuity experience including plan authorship
Incident Management experience
Ability to bridge and leverage potential conflicts between business partners
Confidence and credibility when presenting to large groups
