Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Chief Risk Officer to be based within the London office. Main responsibilities for the Chief Risk Officer position include: Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) Implement the Group ERMF Risk Mapping Maintain the Group Risk Map approach and guidelines i.e. select the relevant business processes and the related risks for the London entities and maintain local Risk Map Key Risk Indicators (KRI) Maintain Group KRI approach and guidelines Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) Coordinate and contribute to the ICAAP document. Counterparty Risk: Matched Principle and Name Give Up Approve/Decline Matched Principle Limit requests in coordination with Group Credit Liquidity Risk: Transactional Liquidity Risk Participation in the formulation and implementation of the Group methodology to monitor transactional liquidity risk Identification of potential market risk exposures Management of FX exposure Reporting Collate and analyze all data inputs for consolidated risk dashboard and prepare reports Data Loss Collection Maintain risk categorization and data collection procedures to ensure consistency with Group and FCA requirements Liaise with Board in creation and maintenance of Risk Framework Key skills, experience and competencies required: Comprehensive risk management experience preferably gained within Investment Banking or Broking environment Experience of developing and implementing Risk Strategies
