RN Clinical Risk Manager Opportunity in Springfield, Oregon!
PeaceHealth is seeking a talented RN Clinical Risk Manager to administer the risk management activities of both in and out-patient facilities. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and recommending actions for actual and potential exposures to the organization. This position is key to maintaining patient safety and protecting the organization’s assets.

Qualifications for the RN Clinical Risk Manager include:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, risk management or related field
RN strongly preferred
Minimum of three years’ clinical risk management experience
A Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification or willingness to obtain certification within 18 months of employment
Advanced knowledge of state, federal, and accreditation requirements including but not limited to: CMS Conditions of Participation for acute care and critical access hospitals
General knowledge regulatory areas such as, OSHA, EMTALA, and HIPPA
