The OhioHealth ERM Team is looking for exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. The Sr. Consultant will provide strategic contribution to the program by helping carry out the goals of the department.
The Senior Consultant of Enterprise Risk Management will assist with the development of a standardized ERM Framework for OhioHealth. This position will work closely with the Senior Advisor, ERM and OhioHealth's Chief Risk Officer.
The Senior Consultant will:
Assist in the responsibilities assigned to the Senior Advisor, ERM.
Serve as a technical advisor for the ERM Program keeping the LogicGate application, other reports, meeting minutes,
and documents up-to-date.
Provide LogicGate Training to risk partners.
Education – Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent training, education, certification, or work experience in
relevant fields required.
Experience – Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time.
Proven strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio required.
CPA, CIA, CPHRM (Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management), or equivalent certification.
Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal direction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expertise with Microsoft Products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Knowledge of risks identification, assessment, and management frameworks such as the COSO Framework, ASHRMs ERM Framework, or ISO 31000.
