As a member of Best Buy’s Enterprise Risk and Compliance team, you will play a critical role to ensure that customer, company and employee information is secure while enabling technology and business partners throughout Best Buy to innovate, drive sales and provide superior customer care in our stores, online and through our various contact channels.
The Enterprise Governance Risk and Compliance (eGRC) Senior Analyst will serve as the technical lead on projects within both Best Buy eGRC systems (Salesforce/Riskonnect and RSA Archer). The eGRC Senior Analyst will serve as the lead system administrator for Salesforce/Riskonnect. This system supports both the safety and insurance teams’ processes, including the OSHA compliance process.
The eGRC Senior Analyst will work across the organization to understand user, technology, data, and business needs in order to develop and build solutions while meeting program goals and policy requirements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for building relationships and providing excellent customer service. This individual is motivated to help the team grow an existing capability and embraces challenges.
What will you do?
Partner with key stakeholders to prioritize support and enhancement requests to mature and enhance the organization’s eGRC capabilities within both the Riskonnect/Salesforce and RSA Archer applications.
Evaluate potential new eGRC use cases by working with business teams to analyze business processes, document functional/technical requirements and relevant design documentation.
Highlight/identify potential gaps in existing functionality or processes and work with stakeholders to find and implement solutions.
Determine feasibility and high-level functional solutions for proposed requirements as part of review process.
Configure requirements within GUI interface and conduct user-acceptance testing.
Develop and maintain processes for reporting and data accuracy.
Support ongoing cases for both systems and troubleshoot existing issues (work with vendor if necessary, to resolve).
Coordinate with business units to create and deliver training sessions to end users.
Facilitate communication and promote collaboration between the different operational risk stakeholders.
Basic Requirements (You must meet or exceed all basic requirements to be eligible):
2 or more years eGRC administrator experience with the ability to build workflows, dashboards, reports, and other content of intermediate complexity
2 or more years of experience leading projects end-to-end
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
2 or more years of Salesforce/Riskonnect administrator experience
2 or more years of RSA Archer administrator experience
Business analysis experience to include data flow diagrams, requirements specifications, use case scenarios, and acceptance testing
Basic understanding of OSHA compliance
Knowledge of Risk Management and Compliance, with solid understanding of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211), Archer Certified Professional, CISSP or CISA / CISM
