Oversee the insurance premium allocation process for renewal and audits
Oversee insurance select renewal data and document requests and manage the compilation of related insurance applications
Establish and manage insurance renewal data collection in Origami
Data Analytics(75%)
Serve as Lead System Administrator for the Enterprise’s RMIS system, Origami and TPA Systems
Lead and program system changes and improvements
Design and conduct systems onboarding for new users of RIMS or insurance related systems
Oversee data feeds into Origami: TPAs, Products Liability, ND Workers’ Compensation, etc.
Manage data integrity for historical and current insurance and exposure data
Perform monthly systems reconciliations and RIMS and source data: TPA systems, HR systems, State feeds, etc. Resolve all discrepancies, and develop solutions for system interface errors
Analyze data for trends and identify the most efficient use of resources to reduce claims
Integrate data feeds, exposure data and claims detail for acquisitions
Lead the systems integration for automating insurance renewal and audits
Manage data requests from internal and external customers, such as auditors and actuaries
You will also:
Collaborate on process reviews and propose options for leveraging systems to build efficiencies
Provide backup for select duties of the Insurance function
Design and manage distribution of standard and custom reports
Develop custom dashboards for multiple positions within Risk Management and Legal
Preform root cause analysis for all claim types to advise on how to reduce claims
Migrate legacy exposure data into Origami (Vehicles, Drivers, Autos, Sales, Etc.)
Migrate legacy claims detail (not with TPAs) data into Origami
Who you are (Job Requirements):
Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance or other business field
3 years or more in risk management, insurance, accounting, or a finance role
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance or other business field
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems
CISR, CIC, CIA, or CFE, ARM certifications
5 years or more in RMIS and commercial insurance and experience
Experience in systems including, but not limited to: Origami, Luminos, RISX-FACS, Third-party portals, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
