The Position Under direction of the Enterprise Risk Manager, the Senior Business Manager-Enterprise Risk Management will assist in the planning, organization and direction of the daily process of the ERM program. The position will be responsible for but not limited to:
Identification, purchase and maintenance of insurance policies of the City.
Managing the third party liability claims management program.
Implementing, monitoring and enhancing the health and safety program.
Assisting and coordinate the Citywide Risk Assessment process
Data analytics program to identify risks and monitor compliance.
The Senior Business Manager will also supervise the activities of assigned subordinate personnel; manage third party contracts; make presentations and recommendations to City Council; and act as the liaison between the ERM division and other City departments to maintain service efficiencies and advance ERM initiatives as part of the City's strategic plan.
