* Maintain an effective and a proactive relationship with key stakeholders * Overall responsibility of timely and accurate risk reporting via KRIs and Committee MI packs (credit committee, risk committee and Board risk) * Maintain efficient and insightful risk reporting, analysis and data reconciliation. * Facilitate risk appetite reporting and other related analysis. * Perform Credit function Quality Assurance reviews ensuring alignment with policy, procedures and risk appetite within the Bank. Produce reports for discussion with Head of Credit Risk and CRO, as required.
* To ensure regulatory compliance and good management practice, please consult with Risk and Compliance to ensure those aspects are properly recorded for each role. * Provide support to Head of ERM on control substantiation across risk management units and other units * Provide a consistent level of good risk appraisal, outlining the key risks, impact assessment and mitigation in place. * Get familiarised with the Bank's systems e.g. CMS, GRC Tool, RMRS (Risk Management Reporting System) * Support the Enterprise Risk team in ad hoc risk-related special tasks and projects, such as the Banks framework on Brexit, Operational Resilience, Climate Change, etc.
And in all other ways to provide support to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for risk governance and oversight on all risks i.e. credit, operational, regulatory, compliance, financial crime, market, liquidity, information security, etc.
Experience and qualities;
At least 3-5 years previous experience within Financial Services covering Risk Management, preferably ERM. Experience in Operational Risk or Credit especially as pertaining for Enterprises
