As the Risk Control Manager, you will contribute directly to our company's financial and operational goals through effective leadership. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative risk-based safety practices and helping assigned safety employees successfully impact Great West and our customers. This position requires a dynamic leader who can see a vision for the future.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related professional experience.
• Insurance industry experience with an emphasis in risk control and safety programs. Transportation industry experience is a plus.
• People-management experience required.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relate to and interact with all levels of business people inside and outside of the company.

Due to COVID-19, this position currently works remotely. Once conditions change and we are back in the office, the role will regularly report to the Boise, Idaho, office for work. This position offers an exceptional relocation package.
