About The Role Role Location: ANZ Singapore, Ocean Financial Centre, Singapore Role Type: Permanent, Full time role As the Operational Risk Manager you will enable proactive risk management and strengthen risk maturity levels through review, challenge and advice in minimising the risk of financial loss, protecting the bank's reputation and regulatory compliance. This role will require you to contribute to the delivery of some of the team's priority areas, collaborate effectively division wide with key business stakeholders (including assurance teams), Insto OR&C team, enterprise risk teams, Internal Audit and other areas/functions as required. You will be responsible to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to drive a proactive, consistent and co-ordinated approach to risk management within their specific Businesses. You will also closely Work with compliance team on the integration of the I.AM framework and to assist with regulatory submissions, responses and presentations. Monitor risk profiles, operational risk and compliance events/reportable events, audit findings, customer complaints, control testing and QA results to identify potential compliance insights/issues and ensure appropriate responses and escalation from Businesses.
Solid experience in Operational risk and/or Compliance or related disciplines
Ability to build and maintain relationships and successfully influence/negotiate change with senior business stakeholders
Proven experience in identification and analysis of risk data to support risk-based decision-making and early identification of potential exposures.
Demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationships and successfully influence/negotiate change with senior business stakeholders
Strong management experience with the ability to add value in a highly engaged and motivated team
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
