McGriff’s internship program provides college students with an 8 to 10 week experience where one can gain exposure to various fields in the insurance space. During this internship, interns will explore the insurance industry as well as McGriff and the Truist Insurance Holdings organization as a whole and the unique way each specific entity contributes to the overall success of the organization. Interns will gain general insurance and business insight, experience the company culture, and play a meaningful role in supporting the organization’s goals.
