JOB SUMMARY Performs professional and administrative work in planning, organizing and directing the activities of the Risk and Emergency Management and the development, implementation and coordination for the operation of a comprehensive County Homeland Security and Emergency Management Program. REPORTS TO Work is performed under general administrative direction of the County Manager. The employee is expected to exercise sound independent judgment and discretion.  Work is reviewed through conferences and results achieved.
