What We DoThe mission of Human Resources is to be a collaborative and strategic partner, using fair and equitable practices to attract, hire, develop, support and retain a highly-qualified workforce, and to mitigate liability through effective loss prevention programs. As a Division of Human Resources, Risk Management administers Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Employee Leaves, and Benefits.
