PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION The purpose of this classification is to assist the Director of Insurance and Risk Services with oversight, design, development, and implementation of risk and safety management strategies intended to prevent, control or mitigate losses and liabilities for the City, its employees, citizens and facilities.
