JOB SUMMARY The Sr Manager of Claims is a collaborative, cross-functional position, and reports directly to the Director of Risk Management. This role is responsible for leading our enterprise-wide claims management efforts and risk mitigation initiatives, providing strategic guidance and leadership to our internal risk management claims team, and actively managing our critical third-party representatives (TPA, broker, legal counsel, etc.). Along with the Director of Risk Management, this position serves as the primary liaison between Risk Management and all enterprise-wide business units and partners. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide strategic leadership to the claims team to minimize the total cost of risk (TCOR) while maximizing our core objectives. Ov
