The Risk Manager will be responsible for evaluating and mitigating risks associated with our multi-family residential properties. This role involves working closely with insurance providers to lower premiums, advising leadership on risk management strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for all properties. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce exposure and insurance premiums. Collaborate with insurance providers to negotiate favorable terms and premiums. Advise senior leadership on risk management best practices and regulatory compliance. Monitor and analyze risk trends and provide regular reports to management.
