The Risk Management Analyst is responsible for financial and data analytical support and reporting for our Risk Management team. Working on gathering data, analyzing, reporting, updating, and documentation of key risk management information. As well as providing a supporting role with our annual insurance renewal, auditing and invoicing processes.

What You’ll Do:
Maintain billing register and assist in bank account reconciliation.
Maintain and analyze data related to insurance premiums, loss histories, and other key metrics.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and accurate submission of insurance renewal information
Distribute insurance premium invoices and ensure timely collection.
Request payroll reports, verifying accuracy of key internal reports, and prepare supporting documentation for workers compensation payroll audits. Collaborate with HR, IT and Payroll team members to confirm correct payroll classification codes.
Serve as a key contact for participants who desire a rebate on their ARJO lift purchases.
Maintain key documents necessary for the preparation of reports and material presented to stakeholders on claims activity, premiums, exposure data and other metrics.
Maintain accuracy and security of information within internal documents and systems including the updating of distribution contact lists, community participant information, historical data, key documents and LCS Connect.
Maintain Risk Management Litigation SharePoint site with current information regarding community contacts, insurance elections, receipt of new legal notices, and insurance deductible tracking.
Assist Risk Management department oversight of the Emergency Response Team by helping recruit and schedule ERT volunteers and tracking expenses
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
0-2 years of experience
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, specifically in Excel.
Detail oriented, and ability to identify and correct inconsistent data or information
Willing to learn new software programs from various vendors
Able to meet deadlines, strong time management, able to work independently
