HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
Lehigh Hanson is currently seeking a qualified Risk Management Coordinator. The Coordinator will work directly with the Risk Manager supporting our dynamic organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a risk management professional to align themselves with a company that is experiencing exciting times in the market and industry, as well as, to experience professional growth.
Assist Risk Manager with gathering data for insurance renewals
Distribution of Vehicle ID cards and uploading into company system
Work with Broker to assure distribution at renewal of all certificates of insurance.
Sending out such reports as: Quarterly and/or Monthly Bond and Claims reports.
Manage the invoicing process which including coding, tracking and filing. (Invoices in excess of 900 a year)
Process requests for insurance certificates from third parties
Keep up the soft filing system with documentation.
Assist the field / broker and others on Surety process such as increases, decreases, name changes and other such surety related functions including follow up and documentation.
Manage Fed Ex account
Assist in management of various Self-Insured State Funds
Assist Risk Manager is creating process documents
Assist Risk Manager with Special and ad hoc projects, as assigned

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative, insurance coordinator or similar role.
Ability to develop a solid knowledge of the organization, the competencies, and products of Lehigh Hanson and HeidelbergCement Group.
Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Ability to prioritize work assignments, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Possess good oral and written communication skills; positive customer service attitude.
Commitment and engagement through high level of work ethic and utilization of abilities for the best of the company.
Establish trust and relationship with internal and external customers and colleagues
Demonstrated drive and initiative.
