The Human Resources Department is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Risk Management Program Manager.  The Risk Management Program Manager (Manager) will direct the operations of three units within Risk Management including ADA Title I, Leave of Absence, and Workers' Compensation.  The Manager will be accountable for managing and monitoring all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title I workplace accommodations for employees and job candidates with disabilities, and for managing and monitoring the administration of claims for leave of absence and for workers' compensation.  The Manager will direct the work of the staff in the fulfillment of their duties in these program areas including their communication with employees, managers, insurance
